Our programming follows the customer specifications as well as the standards defined in the projects. Our goal is not only that the process works correctly, but that the customer is completely satisfied.
Almost 20 years of experience, mainly in the automotive sector, have provided us with our own work methodologies and tools, which allow us to carry out complete solutions with reduced costs.
Our strength is prior preparation and constant work. Our team of programmers is involved from the first moments in the study and preparation of the best solutions, working in collaboration with the customer in the definition and development of the process.
April 2001 – Juan Antonio Gimenez and Pere Mateu, after working together for 3 years in control applications for the ceramic sector, decide to create a new project called Software i Automatismes Morvedre S.L. (SiAM).
2001 – 2003 – We started working for the first time in Ford Almussafes (Valencia) in the Project B256 - J37G - Fiesta and Mazda Models for one of our most important customers, Comau. We have continued working at Ford Valencia till the present date, both in the bodyshop and the assembly plant. This makes SiAM one of Ford's most experienced programming companies.
2003 – SiAM performs the electrical engineering and control system of the greenhouses of the University of Castellon (UJI). During these years we developed several projects of climate control, being this the most remarkable.
2004 – SIAM carries out the control program of the cement factory Cementval in Puerto Sagunto (Valencia). This was the first project for one of our main customers, Icemi, with whom we have collaborated countless times from then until now.
2010 - 2011 – New Rim line in Assembly plant Ford Almussafes (Valencia). The new rim line is controlled by PLC, which represents a new concept of flexibility and sequencing used at other Ford plants. This project was the first of many successfully carried out by SIAM in assembly plant with high innovation.
2011 - 2012 – BMAX B232 model at Ford Craiova (Romania). First project with one of our main customers, TMS. This was also our first large-scale turnkey project, where we did the PLC programming of all new underbody lines in bodyshop.
2011 - 2012 – Pallet Conveyor (Decking) line at Ford Almussafes assembly plant (Valencia). The complete control system of the new engine assembly line was carried out, before the assembly of the engine in the vehicle.
2012-2013 – Transit V408 Ford Almussafes (Valencia) model. We carry out the complete PLC programming of the Framing, Closures and Hanging lines. We also collaborated on the Underbody lines. This was our first project with another of our main customers, Steelweld.
2013-2015 – Mondeo, Galaxy, SMAX models. Body plant. Ford Almussafes (Valencia). We carry out PLC programming with turnkey projects of the Hanging line, some complete lines in Underbody and Bodysides, and we collaborated in the Framing lines.
2018-2020 – Kuga CX482 model Ford Almussafes (Valencia) - Bodywork Plant - Project CX482 - Model Kuga - We carry out turnkey PLC programming of all Underbody lines, and we collaborated in Hanging and Closures lines.
